While stone carving artisans on the city outskirts are part of the city’s original artisans, over the years other traditional Odia art forms like ``Pattachitra’’ and Appliqué have found their space in the Temple City, enriching the crafts potential of the local market. Many shops and huge showrooms of art and craft have mushroomed along the Lewis Road-Ravi Talkies and Samantarapur-Dhauli stretch promoting the art. Government run showroom Utkalika and open air Ekamra Haat do have nice collections for visitors to explore.
