The Patia based Bhubaneswar Golf Club is a prominent centre for golf. Located in the middle of a verdant parks and bordering the Chandaka Forest, it's an oasis of greens far from the maddening crowds of the city. With a plush 5900-yard course, golfers can immerse in the game while the club also offers a luxury lounge, conference room, billiard room, card room and even a resto-bar for member players and visitors. The golf course currently has nine holes and an 18 hole course is coming up shortly.
 
The Golf Club is also planning to introduce various other activities such as rock climbing and swimming. Bhubaneswar Golf course hosts various tournaments throughout the year. Nalco Eastern Golf Tournament, CII Eastern Event, Falcon, McDowell Signature Golf Championship, Past President’s Golf Tournament are few of the prestigious events hosted by this sprawling golf course.
